Mike replaced our old air conditioner with a new heat pump and air handler, the price was very reasonable, he was honest and completed the work promptly and the building engineer was also impressed with his work. We have a small condominium in a 1970's building.

We have used them 3 times to help with different electrical projects (set up electrical work for hot tub, new pool heater and pool pump) and they have always been quick to respond to our needs and they always do a fantastic job! Will continue to use them for future projects.

I had an excellent experience with Memaso. They quickly diagnosed and fixed on separate occasions HVAC system and my garbage disposal, and their pricing was surprisingly affordable. From the start, they kept me in the loop on what was wrong and how they’d fix it. The constant communication made me feel completely at ease, and the work was finished much faster than I expected. Highly recommend them for their professionalism, speed, and clear explanations!

Hot days without AC are no fun. After calling the hvac servicer I had used in the past, and who did not show up for the scheduled appointment, I reached out to Michael and his servicing company. Within 24 hrs I was back in the 21st century comforts. Thank you Mike for the prompt and professional service and will use you guys again!

We had an emergency with our air conditioning system this summer. The team at Mechanical Management & Design Solutions were responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. I definitely would use them again and recommend their services. Thanks again! Ilya

It was 2007 when I was first introduced to MEMASO and we have had a great working relationship ever since. They are quick to respond and always a pleasure to deal with. From our forced air multi unit condo in Chicago to our 100 year old home in the burbs with radiant heat boiler and high velocity cooling Mike and his team have kept us comfortable for years. Give them a call for excellent service and fair pricing!

I had a great experience with Mike & his team. They were very knowledgeable and helped me understand the best options for my home. We ended up buying an inverter heat pump and a 2-stage variable speed Carrier furnace system. The team was professional, honest, and easy to work with from start to finish. Their quote was also about 30% cheaper compared to other quotes I received, without sacrificing quality or service. I would highly recommend Mechanical Management Solutions to anyone looking for HVAC installation or replacement.
