We ended up buying an inverter heat pump and a 2-stage variable speed Carrier furnace system. The team was professional, honest, and easy to work with from start to finish. Their quote was also about 30% cheaper compared to other quotes I received, without sacrificing quality or service. We had a heck of an issue of the previous owner’s electrical work. It required significant troubleshooting, but Michael and his team were transparent throughout their work. I appreciate their pragmatic method and only did was necessary. Edit: issues persisted, which isn’t an issue but had problems getting in touch for reevaluation.
