Sump Pumps, Leak Repair & Drain Cleaning
MMDS handles basic plumbing service for homes across the north and northwest suburbs: sump pump replacement, leak repair and drain cleaning. We are not a full remodeling plumber. We focus on the everyday repairs homeowners need done quickly and done right, by the same team that takes care of your furnace and AC.
What We Handle
Call us when you notice any of these:
Sump pump replacement
- The pump runs constantly or doesn’t turn on
- It’s noisy, vibrating or cycling on and off
- It’s getting old. Many pumps last roughly 7 to 10 years, and spring rains are the worst time to find out yours has quit
We replace the pump, check the float and discharge line, and test it before we leave. Ask us about backup options if your basement has flooded before.
Leak repair
- Drips under sinks or around toilets
- Leaking shutoff valves, supply lines and fittings
- Water stains on ceilings or walls below a bathroom or kitchen
We find the source, fix it and let you know if anything else looks like it’s about to go.
Drain cleaning
- Slow or clogged sinks, tubs, showers and toilets
- Gurgling drains or bad smells
We clear the line instead of relying on harsh chemical drain cleaners that can damage pipes.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm. We take emergency calls 24/7. Book online or contact us.
