I engaged Mike to replace my aging furnace. Mike worked with me to get all the necessary approvals from my property management and was very responsive. Though it took a few days due to all the necessary paperwork done (no fault of Mike), he worked through all that with me. Once it was time for installation, his team showed up on time. They did a nice job and cleaned up after all was completed and ran through additional checks to ensure that the equipment ran correctly.
